The answers to Previous Posting: See for yourself, toilets in Parliament (from left to right)

1. the door handle (upper) skru
2. this door could not be closed.
3. the pipe to the toilet bowl is leaking. If you enlarged the picture, you can see the water dripping and wet floor.
4. damaged soap dispenser
5. missing soap dispenser (leaving a hole on the sink)

After I posted the pictures of the toilets in Parliament, I received comments that the pictures are too small.

Finance Ministry: Is Common and OK if main con does not pay the sub con in government projects. Do you agree?

I have received not less than 6 complaints from contractors who have done some work for the construction of hostels and drainage for University Teknology Petronas in Tronoh, Perak (UTP).

They are all sub contractors. All are chinese. It was through the “sub and sub” kind of matter that they obtained some work from the main contractor. (more…)
